Please let the course leader know in advance if you wish to borrow them.

Clothing suitable for
the prevailing conditions including waterproofs and adequate levels of insulation. The following are generally recommended: a waterproof and windproof coat, waterproof walking boots or shoes, waterproof overtrousers, thermal under garments if appropriate,
gloves, hat and extra warm layers in case the weather changes. An advice sheet on Clothing for Birdwatching will be supplied upon request.
Refreshments. Please bring your own if required. A small daysack may be a good idea for carrying food and drink, especially at those sites where we will be walking some distance from the car park. At some venues
it is possible to buy food and drink on site.
No dogs please.
